Is it free to use?
Yes. The TurfBook app is free to download and free to use. The only money that moves is the booking fee, which goes straight to the turf owner via M-Pesa.How does split payment work?
When you book, you can mark the booking as split. Everyone in the squad gets a unique M-Pesa STK push for their share. The booking only confirms when everyone has paid. If anyone bails, the booking auto-cancels and refunds the players who already paid — nobody loses money.What's a pickup game?
A pickup game is an open game anyone can join. You can browse games near you and tap in, or post your own when you're short of players — TurfBook pings every player in the area so the game fills up fast. Either way, you pay your share and you're in the squad chat before kickoff.What happens if I cancel?
Cancel more than 6 hours before kick-off and you get a full refund to your TurfBook Wallet. 3 to 6 hours before, you get 50%. Less than 3 hours, no refund. The full policy is in the app on every booking before you pay, never hidden.What if the turf doesn't honour my booking?
Reference number, M-Pesa receipt, in-app chat with the owner, and our support number on every page. We don't leave you stuck — refunds for no-honour bookings are processed within 24 hours.Does TurfBook know my M-Pesa PIN?
No. We never see your PIN. M-Pesa pushes the prompt to YOUR phone, you approve it on YOUR keypad. TurfBook only receives the confirmation that you paid — nothing more.Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
